        A.  East Windsor Inland Wetland & Watercourse Regulations – Continued public hearing on proposed amendments to the Inland Wetland regulations.
                                                                                                                           
VI.  CONTINUED APPLICATIONS OR BUSINESS   

      *  Inland Wetland Permit to Conduct Regulated Uses     

     A.   221 North Road – Continued application of James and Rebecca Strempfer to conduct regulated activities associated with the construction of a single family home and horse barn.  Total parcel is 13.933 acres (with 7.09 acres in East Windsor), served by private well and septic system.   (65-day application period ends 12/8/06)
 
       B.  North Road – Continued application of The Mansions at Canyon Ridge, LLC, to conduct regulated activities associated with the extension of a sanitary sewer line from the property to the existing sewer main at the intersection of Broad Brook Road and Main Street. (65-day application period ends 1/5/07)

    C.  Winkler RoadContinued application of LTP Realty, Inc., (Peter Nguyen) to conduct regulated activities associated with a 5 lot single family residential re-subdivision.  Total parcel is 17.32 acres, located on the west side of Winkler Road approximately 600 feet from Newberry Road, served by public water and sewer.    (65-day application period ends 1/5/07)
